Hi loved Dr. Walden - my only feedback is that it was very frustrating trying to become new patients at the practice - no one answers the phone and it was a lot of back and forth. and the dentist was switched to a different dentist without telling us! I just happened to discover that we were rescheduled with someone else. Also, none of our X-rays were there when we arrived - we didn't sign the form apparently but the person I spoke to on the phone said it wasn't necessary. Also, I called before the appointments to make sure everything was in order and was told it was - it all felt very disorganized. We really like Dr. Walden. I am only giving this feedback as it was solicited and I thought it might be helpful in your practice management.
