Lida was very detailed and did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth.  She was proactive in trying to solve my gum bleeding problem.  

It was nice to chit chat with Dr. Walden as it's always a bonus when you get to get to know your doctor.

I did have a small hiccup with the receptionist.  Despite telling her I've been covered by my dental plan for 12 years, she suddenly asked me to pay for my dental cleaning.  It was a mix up because she had mistakenly double billed my wife.  We got it resolved in the end, but another patient had to wait outside 15 minutes and looked annoyed at us.
