SNEEZING ETIQUETTE and PROPER HAND WASHING
So as a dentists I never thought that I would be blogging about anything other than oral health related topics. But as we all try to reduce the risk of spreading this virus here are a few simple steps we can take to protect ourselves and our loved ones.
WASH YOUR HANDS OFTEN
It doesn't matter what kind of soap. More importantly it matters doing it often and correctly. Show your kids as they can be carrying the virus and not even know
PROPER SNEEZING
The spread of this virus is from person to person via respiratory droplets, from surfaces that are infected and airborne inhalation.
When we all take these simple precautions we can wipe out this virus and get back to our normal daily lives.
